At Madluxx, it’s all about making sure you feel great and confident with your sunglasses. That’s why we offer a 24-month warranty – so you can go through your day worry-free.

If your model shows a defect within this period, simply return it to us – we’ll take care of it quickly and hassle-free. If the damage is due to normal use, we’ll cover the repair free of charge. Please note that damages caused by improper use or personal negligence are not covered by the warranty.

The Madluxx Guarantee – Clear vision for 24 months

Our 24-month guarantee applies exclusively to private customers (consumers), not to businesses. A “consumer” is defined as any natural person who purchases our sunglasses for purposes that are predominantly non-commercial or not related to their independent professional activity. The guarantee period starts on the date of the invoice and is valid worldwide. If a defect occurs in your Madluxx sunglasses during this time, we will offer – at our discretion – one of the following services:

  • Free repair of your sunglasses
  • Free replacement with an equivalent model (possibly a successor model if your original is no longer available)

What the guarantee does not cover:

This guarantee does not apply to damage caused by:

  • Improper or abusive handling (e.g. broken lenses, breakage due to bending)
  • Environmental effects like heat, cold, humidity, water, or alcohol (e.g. perfume)
  • Ignoring care or usage instructions
  • External force such as impact, drops, or pressure
  • Unauthorized repair attempts

How to claim the guarantee:

To make a claim, send your sunglasses to us for inspection – well-packed to avoid transport damage. Be sure to include a copy of your original invoice so we can verify the guarantee period. Without this, we unfortunately cannot process your claim.

Once your claim is confirmed, we’ll complete the process within 30 days.

You bear the risk of transport damage or loss – so please ensure secure packaging.

This guarantee does not affect your statutory warranty rights in any way. If your Madluxx sunglasses are defective, you can always contact us – whether it’s a guarantee or a legal warranty matter.
