Our promise

A pair of Madluxx sunglasses is made to last. We choose materials that endure for years, and every frame is inspected before it leaves our house.

Should something still not be right, we take care of it. At no cost to you and without any forms to fill in. A message is enough.

24 months of warranty on defects in material and workmanship, worldwide.

Repair or replacement. We restore your sunglasses. If that is not possible, an equivalent model takes their place.
At no cost to you. Inspection, repair, spare parts and the way back to you are free of charge.
Within 30 days. Once your claim is confirmed, the case is closed within thirty days at the latest.

How it works

Get in touch. A message to info@madluxx.com with your order number and a few photos is enough.

We reply with everything else. You receive our assessment and the address to send your sunglasses to. As we ship from Switzerland and from Germany, we let you know the right route personally.

We take it from there. We inspect your sunglasses, repair or replace them and send them back to you.

Please enclose a copy of your invoice and pack the sunglasses carefully. The way to us is yours, the way back is ours.

What the warranty covers

Covered are defects that go back to material or workmanship and that appear under proper use.

Not covered are the traces of wear and anything that acts from outside: drops, pressure and impact, heat, chemicals and perfume, disregarding the care instructions as well as work carried out outside our service. Marks that appear over time, such as scratches on the lenses or a frame whose shine changes, are part of the life of sunglasses that are worn.

What goes back to us, we take responsibility for. For everything else, our service remains at your disposal.

Your statutory rights remain

This warranty is granted in addition to your statutory rights and does not restrict them in any way. In the event of a defect, you are entitled to your statutory warranty rights independently of this warranty, which in the European Union run for two years from receipt of the goods. In those cases we bear the costs and the risk of the return.

Legal information about the warranty

The guarantor is Madluxx GmbH, Kaffeestrasse 8d, 8180 Bülach, Switzerland, info@madluxx.com.

The warranty applies worldwide to all sunglasses purchased directly from Madluxx and is aimed at private customers, not at businesses. It runs for 24 months from the invoice date. The statutory warranty runs independently of this, from receipt of the goods.

In a warranty case we repair the sunglasses or, at our discretion, replace them with an equivalent model, where applicable with a successor model. If neither is possible, we refund the purchase price.

Proof of purchase is required. Processing takes place within 30 days after we have confirmed your claim. The way to us is yours, the way back is ours. Please send your sunglasses only after we have given you the address.
